- Minimum 3 years clinical research experience at a Contract Research Organisation
- Undergraduate degree from accredited institution or equivalent education and experience
- 1-2 years leading oncology cellular therapy clinical trials, strongly preferred
- Licensed healthcare professional such as registered nurse, preferred
- Fluent English; ability to read, write, and speak professionally
- Legally authorized to work in United States or Canada without sponsorship
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary liaison between clients and project teams, addressing questions and resolving issues
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors to maintain project quality, timeline, and budget
- Monitor contractual deliverables against agreed metrics including scope, cost, and schedule compliance
- Provide performance feedback to team members and support bid defense processes
- Develop financial analyses and timeline projections for senior and customer management
