Role summary
ICON seeks a Project Manager for Feasibility & Site Activation to lead global clinical trial start-up strategies across multiple European countries. The role involves overseeing regulatory approvals, site contracts, and study activation timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant study initiation.

- Experience managing global and multi-country clinical trials
- Knowledge of regulatory submissions (CTA, CA/EC processes) and GCP requirements
- Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, and clinical trial management systems
- Site contract negotiation and budget management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute study start-up strategies and comprehensive plans across global multi-country trials
- Oversee regulatory and ethics submissions to ensure timely, compliant approvals across regions
- Manage site identification, contract negotiations, and activation from initiation through IP release
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies to protect study timelines
- Lead study start-up teams and provide reporting to sponsors and internal leadership
