What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets across concurrent healthcare improvement initiatives
  • Translate strategy into structured workplans; track deliverables, risks, and issues while proactively flagging concerns
  • Coordinate cross-functional logistics across medical affairs, compliance, legal, and external partners
  • Compile, organize, and quality-check data for measurement and reporting; monitor spend against budget and flag variances
  • Prepare materials for governance forums, capture decisions, and drive follow-through on action items
