Role summary
Amgen seeks a Global Feasibility Manager to develop and execute feasibility strategies for clinical programs, partnering across teams to optimize site selection, country identification, and study timelines. - 10+ years in life sciences or medical field; 6+ years biopharmaceutical clinical research
- Feasibility experience and/or country clinical operations background
- Ability to synthesize data and analytics to inform study design and planning
- Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and coordinating timelines
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute feasibility strategy in partnership with clinical, study delivery, and data teams
- Lead country and site identification, selection, and feasibility assessments for clinical studies
- Collect and synthesize local and external data to define optimal geographic footprint and site recommendations
- Ensure alignment of timelines and expectations between data providers and study teams to expedite deliverables
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support development of processes for rapid feasibility assessments
