- Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and readiness assessments
- Design and deliver training strategies, materials, and enablement resources with subject matter experts
- Monitor adoption progress, stakeholder feedback, and change effectiveness metrics across teams
- Collaborate across Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Digital, and Business functions to drive alignment
