Lead Professional Services business for DSAS with accountability for revenue delivery and operational execution
Manage project governance, customer satisfaction, resource productivity, and cost control across internal and external delivery teams
Develop and implement service strategies aligned with APJ regional standards and business growth initiatives
Build and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels while managing escalations
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive LIMS solutions to customers
