What you'll be doing
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost objectives
- Develop and coach production associates and front-line leaders while fostering engagement and teamwork
- Drive Daily Management processes including tier meetings, visual management, and performance tracking
- Monitor operational metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational transformations
Compensation$95,000-$120,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
