Role summary
Production Associate position in dry powder media manufacturing at Cytiva, a Danaher operating company. Responsible for manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping of life-science products while adhering to quality and compliance standards. Second shift role (2:00-10:30 pm) based in Logan, Utah.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow work procedures, EHS, and quality control standards
- Strong communication skills with team leads, engineers, and supervisors
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform frequent physical movements
- 2 years related manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Execute manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, and packaging of products per standard operating procedures
- Complete quality and compliance training on schedule and report any quality concerns with corrective action
- Operate within production process requirements including documentation, non-conformance, and rework procedures
- Comply with ESD, calibration, preventative maintenance, and material identification protocols
