Role summary
Production Associate position in dry powder media manufacturing at Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, based in Logan, Utah. Role involves assembly, testing, packaging, and shipping of life-science products on a 3rd shift schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6:30am).
What they're looking for
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures, EHS, and quality control protocols
- Strong communication skills with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and occasionally heavier weights with assistance
- Proficiency wearing protective equipment including clean room gowning and chemical-resistant clothing
- Two years of related manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Perform manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging, and shipping of finished products
- Follow standard operating procedures for materials handling, equipment operation, and documentation requirements
- Complete quality and compliance training within defined deadlines and report any concerns
- Ensure products conform to specifications through adherence to GMPs and documentation practices
- Comply with stop orders, material identification, segregation, and preventative maintenance protocols
