Role summary
Product Service Coordinator position supporting Baxter's medical device depot repair and service operations. Responsibilities include processing returned devices, managing service records in SAP, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers throughout the service lifecycle.

What you'll be doing
- Receive, verify, and process returned medical devices; enter service details into SAP
- Create and maintain service records including customer accounts, billing, return authorizations, and repair documentation
- Generate sales orders, exchange orders, loaner orders, and outbound deliveries for repair activities
- Communicate with customers about repair estimates, payment, and service status updates
- Partner with cross-functional teams on complaint investigations, quality concerns, and MDR-related events
