Role summary
ICON seeks a Product Manager to oversee ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and delivery across the organization. - Establish platform governance, ensure compliance with security and architecture standards, and minimize customization
- Oversee platform performance, availability, and user experience; coordinate with development and support teams
- Manage ServiceNow budget, licensing costs, and track ROI on platform initiatives
