What you'll be doing

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify opportunities
Gather voice-of-customer feedback from surgeons and key opinion leaders to define product requirements
Serve as main point of contact for surgeon design teams and translate market needs into product specifications
Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams throughout product development lifecycle
Develop commercialization strategies, launch plans, and training programs for new product introductions
