Role summary
Abbott seeks a Product Manager for the Cancer Diagnostics Division in Phoenix to define and drive digital solutions and customer experiences. What you'll be doing
- Act as voice of customer for assigned product area; translate user and business needs into structured requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and key performance indicators; monitor product performance and recommend improvements
- Maintain documentation including gap analyses, business process flows, and business requirements documents
- Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, marketing, sales, and customer support teams on product development and launch
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage product backlog prioritization, and review squad deliverables
