Role summary

Experience managing vendors, data partners, or third-party technology providers
Strong analytical skills with metrics, dashboards, and root-cause analysis
Ability to communicate identity and data quality concepts to diverse technical and executive audiences

What you'll be doing

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for identity graph capabilities and lifecycle management
Establish quality standards, scorecards, and operating rhythms for graph coverage, accuracy, and stability
Partner with data science, engineering, and delivery teams to convert business needs into product improvements
Lead vendor and data partner management including performance monitoring and strategic evaluation
Drive root-cause analysis and remediation for identity graph quality issues and product defects
