What you'll be doing
- Partner with Site Process Excellence Lead to support cross-functional process improvement and Kaizen initiatives
- Analyze workflows to identify waste, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
- Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Assist with process mapping, root cause analysis, and future-state design activities
- Facilitate AI training sessions and support technology adoption across functional groups
Compensation$27.00–$61.00 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience
