What you'll be doing
- Lead engineering studies, IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV validations, and ECR/ECO execution for processes and equipment
- Conduct statistical analysis and trending of process parameters to improve yields and reduce scrap
- Perform technical investigations, FMEA, and CAPA for non-conformance and process issues
- Drive process, quality, and cost improvements leveraging lean six-sigma tools and advanced technologies
- Monitor value stream performance metrics and develop improvement actions to achieve KPIs
