What you'll be doing
- Collaborate cross-functionally on process challenges, material changes, and lifecycle management across multiple departments
- Execute engineering studies, validations (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV), and manage Engineering Change Requests for equipment and processes
- Conduct statistical analysis and trending of process parameters to improve yields and reduce scrap
- Perform technical investigations, non-conformances, FMEA, and CAPA activities
- Develop and deliver hands-on training programs for products, processes, and equipment
