Role summary
AstraZeneca seeks a Process Engineer for its Coppell, Texas manufacturing facility to work 12-hour day shifts. - Experience with batch reactors, filter dryers, vacuum systems, and heat exchangers
- PLC/SCADA or DCS control systems knowledge at operational or engineering level
What you'll be doing
- Lead and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, yield, and cost efficiency
- Develop conceptual strategies, feasibility studies, and detailed scopes for process projects
- Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and author technical reports and proposals
- Author, review, and approve procedures and batch records for GMP compliance
- Support equipment commissioning activities including FATs, SATs, IQ, OQ, and PQ
