Role summary

- Develop liquid and lyophilized formulations for ADCs, oligonucleotides, antibodies, and emerging modalities
- Investigate modality-specific critical quality attributes and degradation pathways
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on formulation strategy and drug product developability
- Support manufacturing technology transfer, CMO/CDMO collaboration, and regulatory documentation
