  • Experience with manual, automated, and semi-automated liquid handling and sample processing workflows
  • Ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and workflow systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and technical documentation abilities
  • Experience with ambr250 or comparable high-throughput bioreactor platforms preferred

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, execute, and document process-development studies using bench-scale and high-throughput bioreactor platforms
  • Perform mammalian and stem cell culture activities with strict aseptic technique and established laboratory practices
  • Execute equipment setup, media preparation, perfusion operation, sampling, harvest, and cell counting activities
  • Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot bioreactors, perfusion systems, liquid handlers, and associated equipment
  • Support manual and automated workflows for sample processing and coordinate with process development and analytical teams
