Experience with ambr250 or comparable high-throughput bioreactor platforms preferred

What you'll be doing

Plan, execute, and document process-development studies using bench-scale and high-throughput bioreactor platforms
Perform mammalian and stem cell culture activities with strict aseptic technique and established laboratory practices
Execute equipment setup, media preparation, perfusion operation, sampling, harvest, and cell counting activities
Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot bioreactors, perfusion systems, liquid handlers, and associated equipment
Support manual and automated workflows for sample processing and coordinate with process development and analytical teams
