What you'll be doing

Lead formulation development of new chemical entities from first-in-human through final market definition and manufacturing robustness
Design experimental approaches, execute experimental plans, and analyze data to guide pipeline development and strategic direction
Mentor technical staff and coach team members in formulation and process development using Design of Experiments
Spearhead due diligence of pipeline assets and drug delivery technologies, representing organization on cross-functional teams
Coordinate clinical supply manufacturing, packaging, release, and scale-up activities at pilot and commercial manufacturing sites
