What you'll be doing
- Serve as subject matter expert providing scientific leadership for purification and analytical activities supporting drug development pipeline
- Provide technical guidance on chromatographic purification, analytical separations, and impurity isolation while resolving complex scientific challenges
- Partner with digital technologies team to implement innovative technologies, automation workflows, and laboratory informatics platforms
- Mentor and develop scientists and laboratory staff, building technical expertise and leadership capability across the organization
- Collaborate with process chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, and automation teams to support project progression and capability advancement
