Knowledge of Quality by Design approaches and current regulatory guidelines
Proficiency with statistical software such as JMP or equivalent
Experience with multiple drug modalities including proteins, siRNA, peptides, and AAV
Preferred: bioconjugate formulation development experience, especially antibody-oligonucleotide

What you'll be doing

Design and execute experiments in formulation, analytical, and process development independently
Lead drug product development from candidate selection through commercialization
Serve as subject matter expert and mentor junior scientists in technical skills
Make independent decisions on moderate-to-complex technical issues with limited information
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver timely project milestones
