What you'll be doing
- Lead manufacturing feasibility assessments and process development for novel implantable device concepts
- Develop and evaluate proof-of-concept methods for implantable assemblies, stimulation leads, and electromechanical components
- Drive rapid prototyping and experimentation to assess manufacturability and identify design tradeoffs
- Partner with R&D teams to apply Design for Manufacturability and Design for Assembly principles
- Establish process characterization strategies, design of experiments, and manufacturing readiness assessments
