Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end injection molding and mold tooling projects with budget management and cross-functional coordination
- Design, validate, and optimize mold tooling and molding processes for quality, yield, and cost efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex molding and production issues; apply DOE and root cause analysis to resolve quality and variability concerns
- Support new product introduction and manufacturing transfers from development through global scale-up and commercialization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and supplier engineering activities to advance operational excellence and cost reduction
