Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Principal to lead health economics and HTA consulting engagements with life sciences clients. The role involves managing client relationships, developing business opportunities, delivering high-impact projects, and mentoring staff within the HE/HTA/V&A practice.

- Master's degree
- 10+ years consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience focused on HTA or HEOR

- Deep understanding of payer evaluation processes and product development drivers
- Strong commercial awareness and market assessment experience
What you'll be doing
- Manage full lifecycle of client engagements from needs assessment through project delivery
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Present educational and go-to-market materials internally and externally
- Mentor and develop 3-4 staff members and elevate team capabilities
- Lead thought leadership initiatives and contribute to industry profile through publications and speaking
