- Lead customer business reviews with clinical and administrative stakeholders to drive satisfaction and retention
- Analyze and present data insights to clinicians and administrators regarding platform utilization and outcomes
- Collaborate with sales and internal product teams to integrate customer feedback into product development
- Support implementation go-live activities and provide product training and troubleshooting to clinical teams
