Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a postdoctoral scholar in the Data Sciences organization to support immunology drug discovery through computational analysis of multi-modal biological datasets. The role involves developing analytical frameworks integrating genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and cellular phenotyping to identify and evaluate drug targets.

- Self-motivated, innovative team player with strong communication and publication record
- Preferred: immunology project experience and expertise in perturbation data analysis
- Preferred: advanced analytical skills (NLP, ML/AI, LLM) and drug discovery experience
What you'll be doing
- Integrate perturbation, ontology and cellular phenotyping data with molecular datasets to enhance target evaluation
- Apply machine learning and inference methods to link molecular targets to disease states and validate mechanisms
- Model multimodal data to predict target pathway activity and synergistic effects
- Analyze phenomic and biobank-level data to identify targets associated with clinical segments and biomarkers
- Provide analytical consultation and translate computational findings for functional and pharmacological validation
