What you'll be doing
- Oversee non-waived and waived POC testing across hospital campus and affiliated medical group sites
- Develop, coordinate, and document training and competency assessments for nursing and clinical staff
- Manage POC instrumentation including validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Conduct regular unit rounding to support staff, troubleshoot issues, and monitor quality adherence
- Investigate quality events, testing discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
