- Serve as primary HR consultant and trusted advisor to employees and managers across assigned business groups
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and advise managers on performance management
- Translate organizational strategies into targeted people initiatives and action plans for implementation
- Support talent management activities including hiring, engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development
- Manage employee administrative lifecycle from onboarding through departure and ensure compliance with local regulations
