Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks an Operations Excellence Communications Co-Op for its Gurabo, Puerto Rico site. The position supports tactical execution of site communications strategy, coordinating content, channels, engagement initiatives, and administrative workflows from January through December 2027.

- Completed freshman year at accredited university; pursuing bachelor's in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field
- Third, fourth, or fifth year undergraduate student with cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Demonstrated experience creating presentations, newsletters, social media content, or digital communication projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Permanently authorized to work in U.S.; no visa sponsorship required or future sponsorship needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadline management
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate communication requests, content calendars, internal channels, and newsletters for Gurabo site
- Support Town Halls, audiovisual activities, and employee engagement initiatives execution
- Maintain communication metrics, repositories, and administrative workflows
- Contribute to clear, timely, consistent communication across the site
- Assist Communications Team with strategy execution while gaining practical experience in corporate communications
