Role summary
Abbott seeks an Operator I for its Electrophysiology division in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The role involves performing routine assembly operations, maintaining documentation accuracy, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a medical device manufacturing environment. Second shift position (3:45pm–2:00am) with potential overtime.

- Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations and manufacturing processes
- Maintain accurate job documentation, traveler records, and quality documents for traceability
- Follow safety guidelines and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with management and support company policies during internal and external interactions
Compensation$14.35–$28.75/hour; second shift differential of $0.50/hour
