Role summary
Production Associate position in small volume liquid media manufacturing at Cytiva (Danaher) in Logan, Utah. First shift role requiring adherence to GMP protocols, quality standards, and production procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment.

- Ability to read and follow work procedures, EHS guidelines, and GMP protocols
- Strong communication skills with team leads, engineers, and supervisors
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more with assistance
- Ability to work in ISO5 cleanroom environment and wear appropriate PPE
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- MS Office proficiency preferred
What you'll be doing
- Execute production work instructions and quality control inspections according to established procedures
- Complete planned quality and compliance training within defined deadlines
- Identify, report, and correct quality or compliance concerns immediately
- Maintain proper documentation, material identification, and segregation practices
- Operate within stop orders, concessions, calibration, and preventative maintenance protocols
