Role summary

- Proficiency with inventory control, forecasting, ERP systems, and Device History Records
- Process mapping, continuous improvement, and operational metrics experience
What you'll be doing
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing and site operations with timely decision-making and proactive issue resolution
- Own manufacturing execution, product traceability, Device History Records, and documentation integrity
- Partner with Quality to ensure SOP compliance, training, audit readiness, and remediation efforts
- Coordinate operational readiness for product launches, installations, and customer support activities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end process maps, operational metrics, and scalable workflows
Compensation$72,000-$89,000 base salary per year plus performance bonus
