Operations Process Engineer supporting manufacturing execution for the OTTAVA Surgical Robotic Platform. This hands-on, onsite role provides technical support for system integration, test activities, and troubleshooting on the capital systems production line in Santa Clara, California.

What you'll be doing

Ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations and escalate issues appropriately to cross-functional teams
Support system integration and test activities with Manufacturing Associates and engineering partners
Investigate manufacturing test failures using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis methods
Support quality system activities including change controls, CAPAs, and nonconformance investigations
Document technical findings and capture recurring failure modes to reduce production downtime
