- Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to drive improvements in assigned areas
- Complete product development tasks including specifications, documentation, testing, and equipment validation
- Assist in concept development and design approaches for new products and processes
- Prepare reports and documentation communicating project results; maintain compliance with safety and environmental policies
