Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technical Operations Engineering Co-Op student for a one-year full-time placement in Puerto Rico. What you'll be doing
- Support process improvement projects focused on efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost reduction
- Assist with project execution using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of products, processes, equipment, and materials
- Analyze data and prepare reports communicating project progress and results to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvement opportunities
