What you'll be doing
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical synthesis processes for nucleotides and oligonucleotides
- Develop and improve purification methods including HPLC, ion-exchange, and desalting techniques
- Scale processes from research and development to manufacturing operations
- Troubleshoot synthesis and purification issues to enhance yield and purity
- Author standard operating procedures, batch records, and technical documentation
