Role summary
Abbott seeks a Trade Sales Representative to drive nutrition product growth across traditional retail channels in Vietnam. The role involves managing distributor networks, executing sales strategies, and leading sales teams across assigned territories.

- Minimum 4 years business experience, preferably FMCG or dairy sector
- At least 2 years team management experience in sales
- Bachelor's or Associate degree; Economics or Commerce preferred

- Capability to manage and train large employee teams
- Problem-solving, negotiation, and business planning skills
What you'll be doing
- Manage and visit 20-30 retail stores daily to drive Abbott Nutrition product growth
- Build and maintain reliable distributor networks ensuring optimal product coverage and availability
- Develop and implement regional business plans by channel and customer type
- Train and develop sales teams, maintaining engagement and supporting career development
- Analyze market conditions to identify regional potential and adjust strategies accordingly
