Role summary
IQVIA seeks a mobile medical assistant/phlebotomist for flexible, per diem in-home clinical services across the United States. The role involves traveling to patient residences to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings with no minimum monthly commitment.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record review
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 100 miles
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred; required in Washington or Louisiana
- At least 1 year EKG experience preferred
- Proficiency with medical equipment and documentation; strong communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English; must pass drug screening and background check
What you'll be doing
- Perform in-home phlebotomy, specimen labeling, and transport according to regulatory standards
- Conduct EKGs and macular edema screenings for which trained
- Maintain clean work environment and manage clinical supply inventory
- Complete visit-related paperwork promptly and report adverse events or complaints
- Track mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance purposes
Compensation$25.00 per hour
