Role summary
ResMed seeks a warehouse logistics specialist for its Basel facility to manage the flow of medical products from receipt through shipment. The role involves inventory control, order picking, packing, and ensuring quality compliance within a collaborative team environment.
What they're looking for
- Completed training in logistics or equivalent qualification with multiple years warehouse experience
- Fluent German language skills, written and spoken, for documentation and communication
- Proficient with PC, Outlook, and Excel for order and inventory management
- Willingness to work with digital and scanner-based warehouse systems
- Knowledge of serial numbers, batch codes, lot numbers, and FIFO procedures (preferred)
- Teamwork, reliability, resilience, and flexibility in fast-paced warehouse environment
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate warehouse operations including goods receipt, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Verify incoming goods, document inventory, and track movements while ensuring quality standards
- Process and ship orders accurately and on time using scanner and digital systems
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality protocols across daily warehouse activities
- Transition flexibly between warehouse areas to support team needs and operational demands
