What you'll be doing
- Serve as subject matter expert on employee and labor relations, guiding HR and business leaders
- Advise on employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance matters
- Interpret and apply U.S. federal, state, and local labor and employment laws
- Manage labor-related claims, disputes, and external agency interactions with HR and Legal
- Support labor relations activities in manufacturing environments, including union-related matters where applicable
