What you'll be doing
- Respond to technical and medical inquiries via phone, email, internet or mail regarding pharmaceutical or device products
- Analyze caller questions and formulate accurate responses using approved resources and databases
- Identify, record and triage adverse events and product complaints per regulatory guidelines
- Research medical literature and draft responses for complex inquiries with internal and external contacts
- Maintain knowledge of project policies, procedures, protocols and applicable regulatory requirements
