What you'll be doing
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests from HCPs and patients with accurate, balanced, and timely answers
- Analyze scientific data and develop or update compliant medical information response documents
- Handle and report safety information, product quality complaints, and adverse events
- Act as local safety officer and primary contact for regulatory authorities and customers on safety matters
- Exchange customer insights and scientific information with internal and external partners
