Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop team of mechanical engineers supporting released product engineering activities
- Establish priorities, allocate resources, and drive execution across multiple concurrent engineering initiatives
- Direct technical investigations, root cause analyses, CAPA activities, and product remediation efforts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve product and process issues affecting quality and safety
- Oversee design changes and modifications through design control and change management processes
