Role summary
Material Coordinator 3 position on second shift (1pm–9:30pm) responsible for managing finished goods inventory transfers, cycle counts, and order fulfillment in a life-sciences manufacturing environment. Requires 2–5 years of materials or logistics experience, proficiency with ERP systems, forklift certification, and familiarity with GMP and ISO regulations. Fully onsite role in San Diego.

What you'll be doing
- Transfer finished goods inventory from manufacturing and receiving to warehouse locations
- Monitor and segregate finished goods on hold; facilitate offsite storage transfers via ERP
- Perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances, and conduct location audits
- Process orders using ERP, UPS Worldship, and FedEx Ship Manager software
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment; support picking, packing, and shipping
Compensation$21.20 - $31.77 hourly base
