Role summary
DePuy Synthes seeks a Marketing Manager for knee robotics to lead innovation strategy and product development for the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution. This strategic role involves translating market and clinical insights into new product opportunities, managing cross-functional initiatives, and serving as a subject matter expert in knee arthroplasty and robotic surgery.

- Comfort working in cadaver lab and operating room environments

- Lead upstream marketing activities supporting new product development with customer and clinical insights
- Translate market needs and clinical demands into product requirements and strategic growth opportunities
- Partner with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to define multigenerational knee robotics portfolio
- Manage surgeon team engagement and lead cross-functional innovation programs from concept through commercialization
