Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation/cleaning/automation proficiency
Marketing performance measurement and optimization expertise
Clinical trial, CRO, pharma/biotech, or health system marketing experience preferred

Measure, optimize, and forecast multi-channel patient recruitment campaign performance
Develop KPIs and funnel models for clinical trial enrollment tracking
Translate recruitment data into actionable insights for stakeholders
Collaborate across marketing, clinical, and operational teams on analytics projects
Implement data governance and quality control processes for recruitment metrics
