Role summary
Agilent seeks a Manufacturing Associate for night shift work at a new oligonucleotide manufacturing facility. The role involves commissioning and validating equipment, manufacturing APIs in a GMP environment, and supporting process scale-up and team development during the facility's startup phase.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in scientific or technical field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year pharmaceutical or GMP manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols
- Excellent documentation, math, and troubleshooting skills
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with complex equipment
- Experience in chemical processing, PSM-regulated, clean room, or FDA-regulated manufacturing preferred
What you'll be doing
- Support commissioning, qualification, and validation of new manufacturing equipment and systems
- Manufacture oligonucleotide APIs in GMP-regulated environment
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including spectrophotometers and auto-pipettors
- Collaborate with Engineering, Validation, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and support regulatory documentation
- Help establish best practices and training materials for future manufacturing team members
Compensation$31.92 - $49.88/hr plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
