Role summary
Merck's Manufacturing Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotation program designed to develop future manufacturing leaders in pharmaceutical operations. Participants rotate through technically focused roles in operations, quality, and technical organizations while receiving mentoring and formal development in lean manufacturing, GMP, continuous improvement, and strategic leadership skills.

- Graduation from college on or before August 1, 2027
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Willing to relocate to different sites and complete up to three rotations over three years
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as assigned by business needs
- Demonstrated leadership experience in academics, extracurriculars, internships, research, military, or prior work
What you'll be doing
- Complete three one-year rotations across operations, technical operations, or quality organizations
- Contribute to significant projects impacting pharmaceutical manufacturing and global delivery
- Develop technical foundation and leadership competencies through experiential and formal learning
- Work at multiple high-impact manufacturing sites across the US and potentially internationally
- Apply knowledge in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, quality systems, and supply chain optimization
